HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT
This service package includes guest communication at the time of booking, guest reception upon arrival at the property or optionally at the airport or port (additional booking required), and important and interesting information for your guests (sightseeing, restaurants, medical services, island highlights, etc.). It also covers cleaning of the property including bed linen, towels, etc., as well as restocking bathroom and kitchen essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, etc. Property checks are carried out before and after the booking.
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT EXTRA
With this service package, you can relax during the months when your property is not rented out. We take care of airing, heating, minor repairs, as well as maintaining the garden, flower boxes, mailboxes, and more — all with great care. The service package can be booked quarterly or year-round.
