The contract term is always quarterly, meaning at least three months. If you don't cancel four weeks before expiration, it will be extended for another three months.
3. How do I submit my bookings to Happy Home Rhodes?
After booking one of our service packages, you will receive a personalized customer login from us. Here, you can easily enter and manage your bookings. Alternatively, you can also send us your appointments via email.
4. Can I change the optional services during the contract period?
Of course, the optional services have no contract term and can be added or reduced at any time. The only important thing is that you have booked a basic package.
5. How much does all this cost?
Happy Home Rhodes is committed to transparency and fairness. You won't be charged for anything you didn't book. You'll receive a final offer after viewing your property, only then can we accurately estimate the amount of work involved.
6. How do I find out what is happening on site?
