
House Rules
Dear guests,
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay in your holiday apartment. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, we ask you to observe the following rules:
1. Arrival and departure:
- Check-in time is from 12:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
- Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
2. Disturbances:
- We ask you to respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and avoid loud noises.
- Please also remember to be considerate of your neighbors during the day.
3. Cleanliness and garbage:
- Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
- Ensure that garbage is regularly disposed of in the designated waste containers. The large green garbage containers at the curb are emptied regularly.
- For longer stays, we ask that you regularly air the apartment yourself and ensure its cleanliness, unless you have booked a corresponding service package. In this case, we will of course take care of this for you.
4. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment unless an exception has been agreed upon in advance.
5. Smoking:
- Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony or in the outdoor areas, provided that other guests are respectful.
6. Responsibility for keys:
- Please always lock your apartment door and keep your keys safe. If you lose your keys, we will charge a replacement fee.
7. Security:
- Please take care of your personal belongings and do not leave valuables unattended in the apartment. - Always close windows and doors when leaving the apartment for security reasons.
8. Electronic devices and equipment:
- Handle electronic devices (e.g., air conditioner, television, etc.) with care. Turn them off when you leave the apartment.
- Use the devices according to the instructions in the apartment.
9. What to do in case of problems or damage:
- Should any problem or damage occur during your stay, please notify our Happy Home Rhodes team immediately. We are always available to assist you.
- If you would like to request additional services during your stay (e.g., airport transfers, excursions, cleaning), please feel free to contact us.
